This website (nimyanay.com) is operated by Nim Yanay, an AI & automation consulting business ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this site and to the client and partner pages hosted on it.

What we collect

  • Details you submit in forms or chat: name, email address, phone number, location, and the content of your message or answers.
  • Basic technical and usage data: pages visited, referral source (such as UTM parameters), and similar analytics signals.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about.
  • To send a confirmation of your submission and relevant follow-up.
  • To send occasional updates or marketing, only where you gave separate consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Where your data lives

Form and chat submissions are stored in our database (Supabase). Automated follow-up runs through Make.com, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Security and retention

Data is stored with access controls and is accessible only to us and to the client whose page you submitted it on. We keep records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and delete them on request.

Your rights

המידע נשמר עם בקרות גישה וזמין רק לנו וללקוח שבעמוד שלו הושארו הפרטים. אנו שומרים את המידע רק כל עוד הוא נדרש למטרה שלשמה נאסף, ומוחקים אותו לפי בקשה.
